A Caffeine-Free ,soothing and warming combination herbs makes this blend perfect for when your stomach is feeling off and needs some comfort. It is a medium-bodied tea with a minty aroma, and the peppermint combined with fennel creates a light refreshing taste. 

Ingredients: Organic peppermint leaf, organic fennel seed, organic elder flowers, and organic linden flower and leaf.

Warning: Use with caution. May cause discomfort or worsen symptoms in those with gastroesophageal reflux or with a hiatal hernia. Use with caution in persons with gastrointestinal ulcers or significant gastrointestinal inflammation.

Recommended Serving Instructions: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
